Display RSS feeds based on keywords

I need a script created that is similar to CaRP RSS ([url removed, login to view]), but it should display RSS feeds based on the most common word or word phrase that appears on a webpage (words like the, am, but, I, it, are, etc. are excluded).

In a way, this is much like Google Adsense, in that the advertisements are displayed based on content. But instead of advertisements, there should be RSS feeds.

The script should query a RSS search engine for RSS feeds. So if the user configures the [url removed, login to view] RSS search engine in the config file, the script would use the following XML file:

[url removed, login to view];query=KEYWORD

or if using the Yahoo RSS newsfeeds, the script would use the following XML file:

[url removed, login to view]

The "KEYWORD" would be replaced by the most common word or word phrase on a webpage (which would be decided by the script).

A list of RSS feeds should be able to be configured by the user.

Any questions, please feel free to ask in PMB - Thanks!
