I need somebody who can deliver a magento module before 28th this month before 10 am Dubai Time.

The module exlpained :

The users registered in magento should be able to choose seller or buyer. If he choose seller he should pay $2 for becoming member. After paying the membership fee of $2 users will be able to use all the tools of the site except the listing of the items, before they can fully list their item up for the world to see, they have to pay a $1 listing fee for each item.

Only magento guru/gurus who can committ to deadline 28 should only bid. The work needs to be started right now.
