Minor problem: Form with edit options + dynamic menu

I have a page for insertion of business card datas. The form works fine, except that after someone clicks edit and changes the input (and submits), the approval page (same page) still shows the last input. One actually has to go back and click update once more to see the changes. It's a refresh problem I think. In addition I need help with a menu with categories, sub-categories and clients. It need to be dynamic. Today it is half dynamic, only for the clients: Category Category Category (hidden) - Sub category - Clients [...] - Sub category - Clients [...] - Sub category - Clients [...]
