My social networking site (php coded), which has only 2 thousand members, is very slow for following:
(i) Slow Login: Members take half a minute to get logged in. I thought I last learned that there are lots of queries run, when members are trying to log in, but yet developer did not think if anyone can be discarded.
(iii) Slow Navigation: Clicking on Search result, or visiting the profile page of any user takes very long for the page to change. This also takes half a minute.
(ii) Slow Contact buttons: Clicking on communication buttons like Flirt, Email, takes half a minute.
Can anyone be confident of optimizing mySQL database queries to speed up the processing of each of these items above to take a few seconds at most (And: No Bugs please) ?
If it takes half a minute for (i), (ii) and (iii) to happen, then if it eventually gets to, say, 10,000 members , page effectively is FROZEN, right? What about when even larger memberbase?
If bidders have previous experience on this, it will be viewed VERY FAVOURABLY, but I appreciate proof in the form of past work reviews that I can look at.
