PhpMotion Script Add On - Video Upload

I need an add on developed or off the shelf that will let me integrate grabbing youtube videos to download in the background to my website using the phpmotion script. The script needs to download the flv file plus tags and description as well. A bulk uploader would be even better so I could do like 5 at a time. This is a well known script and should be fairly simple for an experienced coder. The script is installed and working however the only way for me to upload is to download the flv to my computer and then upload one at a time and input tags and description by hand... My budget is $50 and this could lead to to other add on development as well. I will test this thoroughly before payment.
