EXIF Monitor Agents

Modify EXIF Monitor, both Windows and Ubuntu versions to also act as an agent for the EXIF Server. The EXIF Monitor Agent will create a message for every *TF file created that will be transmitted to the EXIF Server via SSL. Each message will contain all data in each *TF file and all of the attributes of each *TF file. The program will run continuously to monitor selected folders, directories and sub-directories for new *TF files. It is critical that the program create a message to be sent to the EXIF Server for every *TF file. Add Secure FTP uploader to agents for media files. All data, files that are transmitted must be encrypted. This is a command line application with no GUI. See attached document.
