Hello All,

We are working on developing a new website for a perl script (XfileSharing Pro). We have a in-house designer who is designing all aspects of the site in PSD files and we need a coder who can implement these PSD designs in site.

This is not your regular PSD to HTML project. This is PSD to HTML::Template

This script in particular is written in perl and uses HTML::Template and have variables such as TMPL_VARA,TMPL_LOOP,TMPL_INCLUDE,TMPL_IF,TMPL_ELSE,TMPL_UNLESS in all of the design pages to parse variable data from the separate perl modules. So when you open a sample HTML page you will see something like in the attached [url removed, login to view]

I have also attached a sample of a PSD design image to indicate quality level we expect. We also need to make sure that final design implementation looks exactly the same across all browsers and it looks exactly the same as PSD file.

NOTE: Employer is a multiple site owner looking for a trusted employee that he can have a good relationship so that future work can also be released. Please do not copy and paste your bids, take a look at the files attached!
