Wikipedia Commons Image Harvesting

I would like a script to check a text file for keywords. For each line of keywords wikipedia commons is to be queried, ideally using their API. Two (if available) results are to be stored in a directory name created from the concatenated keywords in CamelCase. In addition to the images the copyright license and the copyright holder information is to be retrieved and stored in a text file saved to the same directory as the image using the identical filename as the image. See: [url removed, login to view]:Machine-readable_data for details on retrieving the information.

Kann das in PHP/cURL programmieren, müßte mir nur mal den Markup anschauen (solange die Elemente eindeutig indentifizierbar sind, sollte das möglich sein).
