Photo Retouching/Editing: One photo expanded and edited

I have one photo that needs to be edited. The attached file shows the photo I have and a very rough sketch of the final state. The photo is of a tree at night with a moon in the sky. I need these changes made to the photo: The photo needs to be extended to the right and at the top. The photo should be divided in half, with the right half darkened somewhat to look more nightlike. The left half should be brightened to look more daylike. The moon should be moved from the left side to the right side of the tree. A sun should be added to the left side of the tree. I do not have a photo of the sun to be used: it can be generated digitally, though should look as realistic as possible. Ideally, both the sun and the moon should be on separate layers so that they can be moved to adjust for type that will be placed with the photo (this project does not include the type layout--just editing the photo.) I will provide the photo in Photoshop and need the edited file returned as a Photoshop file. The project should not take more than an hour or two—I am looking for an experienced Photoshop editor. The most complicated aspect of the project is adding in the digital sun flare. Obviouslly, communication will also take time as we transfer the files and discuss the stages.
