3D Modeller required - Unity PC Game title

We currently seek a capable designer/team to work on 10 venue models for a new PC title being released later this year. Due to the secrecy surrounding the game content, we cannot disclose full details here, but will provide project requirements to candidates deemed suitable to work on this assignment.

All you need to know , is the model must be 50 - 60,000 polys maximum and be similar to a Football/Tennis stadium . Texture files are 1024 x 1024. You must be familiar with Unity Game Engine as well as all the current shaders, and have some history in game standard modelling. Venues must be modelled as close as possible to the real, within poly restrictions, textured and rendered. We will provide detailed images, architectural profiles , Google images and location details. We've had some of these venues done in Low poly ( incomplete) and high poly. We can provide these to you, as a guide if required, or you can simply start from scratch.

Its absolutely critical that you can devote 3 - 4 months to this project. Delivery time for each milestone ( venue) will be 8 -10 days. You will need to work in 3D Studio Max or similar and deliver each model in the MAX format. High quality detailing is required and accuracy in texturing. There maybe an instance of creation of vector graphics for signage inside each venue. You will need to be organised, thorough and work to a set time frame. We've had a lot of time wasters and incompetence from other Freelance sites and as a result the game title is now 6 months overdue. Please do not bid on this project, if you have no intention of completing it.

There is long term work for the right person with an expansion of this title planned in 2013, as well as 4 titles to work on into 2014. A capable candidate will be given an opportunity to become part of our Game Development Team and receive full credit for contribution to this title.

The successful candidate/team will be required to sign a private NDA before beginning work.
