A- Try to have roughly the same size and style of writing as the original.

B- You can use a font if you want, but it should look like it's handwritten.

D- I tried to specify where to break lines with "/" - but if you find line

E- on the last line, space out "to", "Factor" and "Code" so it fills the line.
