Project Description

We are a fashion retail company owning several shops.
We publish about 10 printed folders every year.

For our printed folders we need 40 high resolution packshots (per folder) to be cleaned. We also want the background removed.

This is the procedure to follow

- open the picture in photoshop
1 - convert it from S-RGB to Adobe RGB (using convert to profile)
2 - create and save a clipping path. This Color patches and background become invisible when the imzage is imported in Indesign but stay available for color corrections
3 - reduce the image from 4000 x 3000 pixels to 1890 x 1418 pixels (don't crop, We need the colorpatches)
4 - save as PSD-file including the Adobe RGB profile (do not save as JPG, in order to prevent further quality loss)
5 - place the files on a FTP server (each file will be 6 to 8 MB) where we have acces to fetch them

Quantity of packshots first job: 70 to 80 (2 folders will be printed at once)
Images available on ftp on 5 march - production time 5 days
Images have to be ready to collect on ftp on 10 march ultimately

We need a test:
On our ftp server you'll find several images (packshots and models). As a test, you have to choose 2 of them and execute the procedure as stipulated above to give us an idea of the qualitty off your work. Put your work in a sub-directory wich has your name.
