Project Description

I am a conference technical director and looking to employ twelve to fifteen Singapore based PowerPoint experts to work at Marina Bay Sands for 6 days in May 2014. This temporary work is to assist with checking presenter PowerPoint presentations for a medical conference. (see: [url removed, login to view])

JOB DESCRIPTION

Speaker support operators will be highly proficient in all aspects of Microsoft PowerPoint including:
editing and tidying
working with templates
embedding and or linking multi-media files
file size management
basic image editing
familiar with common video file formats and how they behave within PowerPoint

SCHEDULE The following schedule is an estimate and subject to change:

Sunday 4 May

All operators (12) on site for briefing/training session. – 5 hours. 10:00 – 15:00 (lunch provided)

Monday 5 May – Thursday 8 May
10 hours. 07:00 – 17:00 (breakfast and lunch provided)


Friday 9 May
8 hours. 07:00 – 15:00

Operators must have sufficient skill to work with presenters on previewing and making changes to existing PowerPoint presentations. You will receive training on our systems and will be expected to be adept at file management in a PC environment. You should be well presented, polite and be a proficient English speaker.

Hourly rate is negotiable.
