I'm an attorney who has a patent project.
I need someone who is an engineer who has experience with force of impact - especially impulse, statics, metallurgy, tensile strength, and carbon fiber properties.
I also need someone with product design background who can use autocad or some other software that can make illustrations, ideally 3D illustrations.
The product is a piece of safety equipment. The plan is to do the math and calculations on materials needed to build the product, get a computer simulated prototype made, computer simulated product testing, and file for a design patent.
Once the we get the patent pending we would search for licensing agreements. This can be a paid gig, but I think a better arrangement would be an ownership stake in the patent. The reason is I would need the engineer to continue on with me to explain the physics behind the design, a scientific salesman, as it were.
I think this is a winner.
