Ultra Portable PhotoBooth

I am needing someone to design an ultra portable PhotoBooth. The entire booth needs to be able to pack down so it would fit into a standard sized car trunk/boot. When errected, the booth would need to be approxiamately [url removed, login to view] x [url removed, login to view] in dimensions.
Please see attached document for images of our current setup and an image of something similar to what we want.
I have been looking towards Trade Show displays for ideas, as these are light weight and portable.
In addition to designing the photobooth I need to know how it would then be manufactured, from what materials, and an approximate cost.
