Car Number Plate Storage
- Status Closed
- Budget $30 - $300 AUD

This job is to design a storage solution for car number plates and the instructions for manufacture.
You will probably design for production in a suitable fabric or other product/material. Fire retardant materials should be investigated as this item will be installed in fire escape corridors.
The dimensions are to be 'knee height' to 'head height' but able to be scaled to 10+ metres long.
It is to be fastened to a wall. It can protrude no more than 30mm out from the wall. A solution for attaching to the wall in needed. Simply hanging from a top attachment is not good enough. The finished item needs to be stretched against the wall.
The finished solution needs to be easy to package and ship internationally, therefore 'solid' materials such as wood or sheet metal are not suitable. Ideal solution would be to be able to roll it up.
The dimensions of the plates will vary for different markets. European (ie German).
One set of plates per pocket.
Overlap is acceptable both vertically and horizontally but can't obscure the writing on the plate.
The front of the pocket must be translucent/transparent in order to identify the plates without lifting them out of the pocket.
I will retain the rights to design and manufacturing process. You will provide process steps and patterns for manufacture.
I need patterns with measurements and instructions in PDF and appropriate CAD/CAM.
A few sample photos are required showing how the finished product will look.
Cost to manufacture and an appropriate manufacture are required.
This is low volume. Each unit will be customized to some extent. They will not be held in stock.
A good range of colors will be necessary.Get free quotes for a project like this
