Payroll and Statutory Process

? Managing the time office & Payroll Process.

? Preparing full & final settlement of exist employee.

? Monthly Company liability towards employees gratuity, bonus, Leave encashment and notice pay as well as.

? Maintaining Personal records of employees & all compliances register.

? Controlling & coordination of Monthly Salary, P.F, E.S.I, account settlements and overtimes.

? Controlling & coordination yearly P.F. Return, Half Yearly E.S.I.C Return.

? Time Office, maintaining holiday databases and leave records.

? Performance appraisal & preparing MIS for Annual performance Appraisal

? Termination, show cause, increment, confirmation, promotion, resignation acceptance, appointment letters, offer letter and general correspondence if applicable.

? Processing consultant’s payments and other payment request like interview travel etc.

? Induction of the employee, including the completion of joining report/bank forms, per employment medical checkup etc.

? Overall responsibility to develop and implement logistics strategies and processes in support of a global business unit including planning, customer service, distribution and order management functions with the objective to manage, execute and develop the logistics group and processes in a cost-effective, customer-focused manner.

? Contribute to the success of the company by delivering the orders from India thru cost effective planning and timely delivery.

? Prioritize tasks to meet customer expectation and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

? Co-ordination with buyer, understanding the requirement and planning the container Load plan.

? Developed strong analytical and presentation skills as a key member of the group responsible to develop and present the business unit’s quarterly and annual status/progress updates to divisional and corporate management.

? Preparation of container utilization chart in a year, which will help in signing the contract with the shipping line.

? For all Air shipments working out different packing methods with the vendor as well as buyer to reduce the volume weight.

? Involved in documentation, right from L/C opening to post-shipment documents & delivery of the cargo.

? Actively involved in Sourcing and placing the orders to vendors from costing to shipment.

? Production planning to ensure adequate allocation of production space for ensuring timely deliveries

? Key Focus on Order follow-ups. Daily communication with buyer and supplier. Regular factory visits, just to keep a tab on vendors assuring of quality merchandise are produced as per buyer’s specifications

? Co-ordination between Design/FIT dept regularly and ensure that all the approvals are given to the vendors on time

? Maintain T & A for each style to track the status of development as well as production, and keep the buyer in loop for the updates

? Interacting with buyer understanding the requirement in the process interaction with all the required department of the factory. If any problem arises on pre OR post shipment, resolve those with the help of the team members without effecting the Delivery and Quality.

? Monitoring documentation, right from L/C opening to post-shipment documents & delivery of the cargo

? Interacting with designers on product developments & arranging for the fabric trims as per requirement for their designs
