We are seeking a dynamic, detailed oriented professional to assist our team and growing client base. Candidate will work directly with company directors in The Netherlands to ensure potential clients are converted to excited customers. Administrative support team will be provided and under the responsibility of newly hired professional.
* Present range of products to potential clients and organize free trials (scheduling and follow-up);
* Manage selection, recruitment, training and performance evaluation of our client service providers (language tutors);
* Manage development of educational content (language course material);
* Client and account management, including follow-up to ensure customer is enjoying services provided (service quality and service availability) and customer support management;
* Manage selection and acquisition of external vendors applicable to customer’s purchase (when needed);
* Manage client and account reports of services rendered;
* Manage selection, recruitment, training and performance evaluation of administrative support team.
* Written and verbal English proficiency;
* Proficiency with different office computer programs (MS Office or equivalent);
* Comfortable in online meetings;
* Proven supervisory/management tasks;
* At least 3 years of proven experience in tasks related to account management;
