I need a program that controls a radio control airplane with the following functions speed, video camera, GPS navigation, capable of stable flight, remotely from the internet and this program has to work on raspberry pi all the electronics have to be connected to raspberry pi system.

I need someone who can build Electronic Circuit Design and Development. Need it for a small circuit board that can interface between internet data card and a small radio control toys.

I am trying to fly a model airplane via a laptop I need to be able to control this model airplane by an internet connection which means I can control it for anywhere and make it fly longer distances I need a chip that interfaces between the airplane and my computer I am trying to use a net card on the airplane so I can receive and send commands to the plane.
