''Time Card'' iPhone/Android App Development

Want to create a robust mobile application for iPhone/iPad and Android for use by film crews and production freelancers to track their hours in a mobile timecard. ? Mostly functioning as a specific calculator. ? Track freelance jobs with accurate reporting and estimation of compensation owed. ? User can enter billable information and export timecards as CSV in email as invoice to productions or to self to copy and paste values into another invoice or application.
Some competition currently on the market but far from complete with high user dissatisfaction. ? Potential to update or create even more robust application with possible future acquisition of union contract compensation details at a later date, dependent upon success of app. ?
## Deliverables
See attached outline file. ? There will be revisions and this will have to be run through with someone familiar with the limitations and features of iOS and Android, but this is a good representation of the details of what I'd like the app to include and accomplish, subject to revision at any time.
Ideally would like to have a day/night display mode, with lower contrast and green color scheme for using at night or on set in dark locations, however the standard interface design and colors may be fine or even necessary.
No idea on the budget, but target price dependent on final application to be between $2.99 and $4.99.
Need Possibility to upgrade with future versions accessing union personnel rate agreement data. ? Best accomplished with a seperate "Max/Pro" app to this "Basic" app?
Very hands-on and collaborative effort required, and must be able to test iPhone version on my Hardware. ? what is involved in iPad porting as well?
Some graphical elements could be designed by me, but will seek collaboration and ideas from Vworker for consideration as well.
