This is not a huge project, but I need someone familiar with this process to develop a mock plan.
Provide a sample account manager work plan for internal and external account management. Include all critical tasks, responsible parties, target completion dates and frequency of meetings/calls as an Attachment.
Upload copies of those account management/project management tools you expect to use
Upload a copy of your implementation timeline assuming, customer's effective date of mid-2013 as an attachment.
This is for a 4750 Sq Ft buildout in existing structure, implementation and operation of a medical clinic at an employer's site.
