We want to prepare advertisements for 360 party hire clients, for uploading to our web site.
This project is to prepare advertisements for approx. 360 clients, but we will be wanting to do the same thing for a further 1250 clients when we have assembled the necessary data.
Fingerprint have already prepared csv spreadsheets 1 & 2 for each client, in which you recorded their names, addresses, logos, etc. The advertisements for each client are now to be recorded on sheet 3 of the csv worksheets.
A spreadsheet has been provided which provides the necessary information to easily prepare the advertisements. Sheet 1 contains a list of the clients and the products they have to advertise. You can see that the first 175 customers have 8 products, the next 11 clients have 6 products, and so the number of products per client reduces as you read down the list. Each of the product groups are numbered 0 – 20. These product group numbers relate to product descriptions and images for each category and will be used for preparing the advertisements. Sheet 2 contains a list of the Products and 10 images for each. We only need one image for each product in an advertisement, but in order to provide variety we will rotate the product images so that 10% of clients use image 1 for each product, 10% use image 2, etc.
There needs to be one csv advertisement sheet for each client. Other than the images, all the information has either been entered by us in the csv template, or is not needed. Even though the csv template makes provision for 8 images, we only need one image per product. The image file names should be entered in Column M.
