Thesis proofreading, UK English

I'm looking for a native speaker of (UK) English for proofreading of my PhD thesis. This is not a re-writing exercise as I'm not that interested in good quality language (stylistics and logic). I'm rather interested in articles and preposition to be fixed, the same goes to sentence structures and synonyms (e.g. "big organisation" vs "large organisation"). Please remember this is UK English proofreading, so "organisation" instead of "organization". The thesis has eight chapter each having 47000 symbols (or 6300 words) in average, which include LaTeX commands -- please see sample* below. This means you would have to work in a text editor (like TeX editors or Notepade++) instead of word processor (MS Word or Pages), hence, five-ten percent less to check yet likely in a non-familiar environment without fancy features. I would prefer to pay per average chapter, so please provide time&cost estimates per chapter. Scrap yards and the machinery used in secondary steel making also is a part of steel making. Engineering Employers Federation (EEF), an organisation that represents manufacturing in UK, provide educational materials about steel making \cite{SteelMakingWeb}.
