The Reflective Practitioner
This session will consider concepts of teacher development and what it means to be a reflective practitioner. We will look at the ways in which reflective practices engage practitioners in thinking about and beyond their professional practice. We will consider some of the reflective teaching literature and the practices associated with reflective teaching.

• What do we mean by reflection?
• Why is reflection important within reflective learning?
• What values do you promote through your teaching?
