Django Website Fixes

We're looking for a Django expert to help with a few small fixes on a Pinax based social network! Our other developer got a full time job, so this could lead to more work together in the future.
The code is very well organized and clean.
The system is currently running on Ubunto [url removed, login to view], which means that in order to begin development you will need to first move (RSYNC?) the existing Django website and MySQL database (which only has about 100 users) to our new Ubuntu 12.x server on Rackspace cloud hosting. Our last developer was not familiar with Ubuntu [url removed, login to view], so unfortunately was not able to get the website back online during development. So, the site is currently down.
The site is built with Django version 1.1.1, but you can probably install a newer version without a problem.
The site uses a version of Pinax from a couple years ago, and probably must stay that way to avoid a big upgrade project.
Python Imaging Library (PIL) is used.
Database is MySQL.
When making changes, we ask that you also commit all updates to our GIT repository (based at [url removed, login to view]). This is also the system we will use to assign you tickets.
Built with Python 2.5.
Recently changed to a new server (Rackspace Cloud VPS).
