Find all possible words from a string

I have a long string and I want to find all possible words from that string(there is 99,000 strings), then check if they exist in the dictionary file, and then if the string contains more than 17 possible words, it should spit out the string into a text file. Then repeat to the next string from the 99,000 strings available. The new file should be sorted from the most words found to the least. I provided the dictionary file and the strings that need to be checked.
