3D Exterior House Render

Small house building company looking for an exterior render of a house. No interior modelling required. I will provide .dwg file for the model as well as examples of desired textures (stucco, shingles, etc.) and colours. I would like to see the project through for $125 CAD. While some firms may want to charge more, this could be a great way to open doors to more business from us as well as develop a practical portfolio. Attention must be paid to environmental elements. - not looking for flowers or shrubbery - no vehicles, mailboxes or children playing - will include a picture of the property that the house will be on to assist in general matching of landscape ANYONE SENDING GENERIC OR UNRELATED PORTFOLIOS WILL NOT BE HIRED -- If interested in this project please submit 1-3 examples of a similar render that demonstrate a similar project or attention to detail and quality use of environmental elements.
