I need someone to create a professional office environment drawing. I have a space of apx 67 x 30 feet that I would like to renovate. Areas required, Reception area and small waiting room. Large filing room, 6 Offices( apx 11 x 13) Large Boardroom (13 x 20) , Larger Meeting Room, staff board room, Washroom and Utility Room. Washroom and utility room must remain where currently located, no change to exterior doors or windows. Project winner must be fresh and creative and provide me with colors scheme's a 3D project review and all complete set of scaled electronic blueprints or drawings. This project must be started ASAP so this project is dedicated as urgent. Current floor plan is attached.
