Finish projects for X-Plane flight simulator

We have two sceneries that need completion in development for the X-Plane flight simulator.
They include 3D buildings that are placed using a program called WED ([login to view URL])
We need someone to be able to finish up the projects with the 3d buildings, export them so they can be used in World Editor (WED) and X-Plane flight simulator.
Experience in 3D design (3D Studio Max, Sketchup) is a must.
The candidate must have good level of english and be able to talk via Skype with me. (skype is mandatory)
Basically this is what needs to be done:
1. Fix some 3d buildings and re-texture them so they are high quality.
2. Learn the development of an X-Plane scenery in order to have future contracts on new projects.
Interested persons will need to have interview with us via Skype in order to choose the right person for the job.

Tools needed to work:
1. X-Plane 10 Full version. (www.x-plane.com) 55GB in size.
2. WED WorldEditor (http://developer.x-plane.com/tools/worldeditor/)
3. 3D Studio Max, Sketchup or Blender.
Willingness to learn development cycle.
