Hello Prospective Freelancers, We are looking for talented 3D artist to do a rendering similar to the file attached in this posting. We have a total of 6 Plans, but want to do a trial run with a 3D artist. So we are only asking for a 3d rendering of 1 Plan. If we are satisfied with the work. The rest of the plans will be released to the same 3D artist and hopefully we can use your services for the long term. We will not pay more than $50 for each plan. So if you are a successfully chosen and the work is great, we will award you 5 more plans. Pleas review the Attached PDF file to see what we are looking for. Thanks, Realestateguys
