Project Description

Dear Bidder

Read carefully before bidding i will need a professional writer someone who knows about technology, web services and healthcare maybe below are all the details required.

For your information this is an assignment and need to be done by the 11th or 12th of this month.

Headaches are a relatively common clinical condition that affects the wider community. For this

assignment you will be required to research into the evidenced-based practice of headache

management with the intent of producing a high-level computer interpretable clinical practice

guideline using formal business process methods. You will be required to consider a broad variety of

factors for managing this condition such as diagnosis, investigation and treatment.

The following steps need to be taken for this assignment:

1. Obtain detailed information about headache management from medical literature or online

sources and give a description of the problem, its clinical context and the likely persons

involved in management of the problem. Give an indication on the strength of evidence for

the recommendations given for clinical management, based on the resources referenced. You

are required to list the resources you have referenced in a References section at the end of

your report.

2. Consider having to manage a patientsuffering with headaches. Provide a written description

of the sequence of steps involved in headache management from start to finish, including

descriptions of work activities across time and place and identifying any of the potential

participants involved in these activities. Include any major paths that can be taken throughout

the flow sequence based on possible outcomes such as condition severity or investigation

3. Identify the essential elements capturing the relevant knowledge required to manage the

clinical situation, and represent this information in XML. Although the XML representation

does not need to follow any standardised format there should be a logical model to the way

the information is structured and organised, similar to a simplified e-Health record. The

relevant information captured in XML could be used to inform participantsinvolved in the

clinical management of the patient’s condition or can be used by a computer system to help

co-ordinate care by applying information contained in the XML to navigate through the

business processin an executable [url removed, login to view] on the use of standard data types or

common vocabularies in XML is not required.

4. Consider having to automate headache management in a way that can be processed by a

computer system. Using the formal business process modelling language:Business Process

Model and Notation (BPMN), illustrate the workflow of your evidence-based approach that

may interact with patients, their care providers or clinical information systems along the way.

Your BPMN diagram(s) could be drawn using one of the tools demonstrated in Workshop 4 of Week 6 or you may prefer to use another tool. Ensure that your BPMN diagram can be

read within your submitted assignment document; otherwise make a separate PDF version of

your BPMN diagram and email directly to the Unit Co-ordinator. Ensure the business process

model can operate on information contained within your XML model for determining the

specific path to take when navigating through your model.

5. Describe or illustrate a specific instance of a patient’s condition being managed using the

business process model you developed by demonstrating the points of information change

along your workflow sequence that is populating your XML model with actual clinical

values. At relevant points along your workflow sequence, you should indicate the state of

information contained in your XML model and the resulting path sequence that is expected.
