We are a very small media company that has been operating for 2 years, residing in Australia. Currently we have a small team in Melbourne and a small office in Auckland, New Zealand. We wish to expand into global markets strategically by positioning ourselves with TV network partners and Media buyers.
We look to engage directly with Media buying companies and major television networks eg: Aegis / Media works type business and / or TVNZ or channel 9 (TV network in Australia).
The aim of this project is to get an understanding of the leading players (3-4) in each market, their advertising revenue and position in that market, whilst also providing leading contact details. It would be ideal to get the last 3 years advertising revenue if possible. Below is an example of the NZ media market this year.

We would like a concise document that is broken up into global regions and markets. It will include the major TV networks share of market, advertising turnover, and major competitors in that market. The document must also include a brief overview on the business and their senior contacts lists (3-4). Where countries or continents have major media buying companies these will also need to be included.
The key contacts we are looking for is the CEO (or equivalent President) of the organisation and the head of marketing and / or innovation.
Countries / continents that must be included: UK, Europe (broken into major countries - France, Germany, Holland, Spain etc), Africa, UAE, Asia (broken into the major countries, India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore Japan, Korea etc), Canada, United States, Africa (just major eg: SA)
The documents should be structured with the continent as the header page with the subsequent countries in behind, within each country then an overview of competitors ad turnover etc, then two - three paragraphs on that tv network / media buying agency and contact details (we are not interested in Advertising Agencies within this document unless they are media buyers (eg: Aegis is a media buying co), Advertising Agenies are generally advertising creators).
You may have a circumstance like Australia where the major TV networks sell their advertising space through Aegis. In this scenario you would put the major tv networks (Chennel 7, 9, 10, ABC, SBS, Foxtel) on one page with a comment / overview stating that Aegis is the major seller of Advertising revenue in Australia. The subsequent would be detail on the networks as outlined above.
Where media companies have globalised / syndicated and in multiple markets, please ensure that this is noted per continent / county.
