This is my final assignment for a module 'Managing Change: A HR Management Approach' for university (undergraduate). It is broken down into 2 sections. The first section is a presentation about the case study (on a real company - Saville group PLC) and what problems they are facing and some suggestions on how they can overcome these problems. I have already done this in class and I have my presentation with me about what problems I have identified and the solutions I have recommended.
The second part is basically a report version of my presentation. It has a 2000 +/- 10% word limit. A report structure is provided which makes this very easy. All you have to do is interpret my presentation into words and add relevant theory/literature and some extra suggestions. I have lecture slides and articles on this module which covers a lot of theory and this will be provided upon accepting this job. The 2000 word limit also includes a small email to the CEO of this company (this doesnt really get sent to the CEO. Its just a dummy email) covering the problems I identified about he company. I need this done by Sunday (29th April) evening (latest 9PM GMT +1 (London, UK time) as it is due on Monday (30th April).
As mentioned, I will provide all the information you need to complete this question including case studies and some articles. But secondary texts are probably required.
If you would like to meet up face-to-face to discuss, please let me know and it can be arranged. I live in central London but can travel as I have a car. If met up face-to-face, I can provide the case studies, lecture slides, as well as the textbook used for this module.
Skype is a MUST as I must explain my presentation to you and whatever the guest speaker said regarding the company and it will take too long to write it all out.
To sum up, its a simple task. Interpret my presentation into a report of 2000 words and add and apply relevant theory/literature. I will provide as much information as I can. I need it by Sunday (29th) at 9PM (GMT+1 - London, UK time) latest.
