I am looking to hire someone to conduct ongoing research on a variety of topics on an ad-hoc basis. I would like to have a long-term relationship with this person(s) for which I would be willing to pay a monthly fee. I estimate the research I will be requesting may take 1 hour per day and will require some level of filtering on your part so that I do not receive lots of 'junk'. The requests will be fairly detailed and will include the type of information I am looking for and how I plan on using the information. With this information, you should be able to provide a series of documents that meet those criteria. An example of a request will be the following:
I trying to understand the communication (internet/wireless) infrastructure and all of the players involved. For example, cell towers (American Tower Corp), data warehouse colocators (Digital Realty), information routing (Cisco), and use of the information by the consumer. (Google, Facebook, Apple)
I am looking for diagrams, charts, and information that discussed how each of these parts works with each other.
These are the types of requests I will be asking for on a daily or every other day basis.
Please submit your monthly rate for approximately 25-30 hours per month on a regular basis. ( I am willing to pay you even when I don't use your services but expect a one day turnaround when I do) If you have an example of your work, (the above request would be a good start), I would appreciate it.
Please do not send outdated information.
Thanks and regards
