Objectives of the study

The objective of this research is to determine which of Teleperformance’s assets have the most positive response in the industry. The data gathered will be used to derive and support the brand’s future and existing ad materials. The study’s main objective is to provide sufficient data that would validate claims submitted to the ASC.

Hypothesis
● An example of our “claims” is the most recent one we have, which is the “World’s Largest BPO Company”. We would be requiring data to support this specific “claim”. The objective is to determine which aspect among the enumerated below are we actually “Largest” in:

○ Global Footprint
○ Number of employees worldwide
○ Number of employees in the Philippines
○ Number of workstations worldwide
○ Number of workstations in the Philippines
○ Number of recruitment sites in the Philippines
○ Number / Variety in Accounts
○ Number of Clients




Approach
● We would be requiring a global competitive audit on the BPO industry.
