The client is a translation services firm targeting the legal and financial industries.
This is a telemarketing assignment aiming to qualify prospects from a pre-qualified list of lawyers containing their expertise and contact details.
This list is provided along with a template of questions and objectives.
Prospects are lawyers based in London and abroad in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Access to an online CRM (SalesForce) to enter information collected and Internet calling account (Skype) are provided.
Qualify lawyers who are using external translation services. Obtain their green light to send them information about the client’s services by email.
Aim for 20 to 25 calls per hour that lead either to qualifying or dis-qualifying the prospect from the list (this number of calls does not take into account the total number of calls required to reach this target, which include for example calls leading to voicemail or calls leading to an assistant unable to answer the questions)
Initial duration of the assignment is 3 days, 5 hours per day (10AM-1PM and 2PM-4PM), which could be extended to another 3 days cycle depending on the results. Telemarketers can be based anywhere as long as she/he has a high speed broadband connection.
Experienced and well-spoken telemarketer required for this assignment, confident on the telephone to approach senior lawyers who do not spare much time to answer questions.
Previous experience in using CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
