Your client has developed software which analyzes Wireless Access Point (WAP) survey data and determines how many WAPs are needed and where they should be installed, based on the building survey data which includes floor plans, dimension measurements, where the users will be located, the thickness of doors and floors, what materials they are made of, etc. This software has been successful, but the client is worried that competitors may encroach on its market and wonders if they should develop other analytical software, such as an application to test the cell phone signal strengths provided by different carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) in specific building sites to determine if rooftop antenna and signal re-amplification will be needed in order for the workers inside the building to receive calls on their cell phones.
