45 RELEVANT PR4+ BACKLINKS

Hello, I need 45 PR4+, permanent, one-way backlinks for one of my new sites. The links must be from HEALTH-MEDICINE(surgery-cosmetic surgery) and beauty related sites ONLY. I will provide you with Key Phrases to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different sites. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days. Please do not bid if you have little or no link building experience. This project will be continued on a monthly basis, so if the results are satisfactory, we can continue working together on larger projects. GUIDELINES: - Links will be on HEALTH-MEDICINE(surgery-cosmetic surgery) and beauty related sites ONLY. - Blackhat or Grey hat methods WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NOR PAID FOR. - Links must be strictly from Google PR4+ 'pages'. (Homepage PR does NOT count) - URLs must be live as soon as you create them. - Free one-way manual links. - No subdomains. - Links must be from English languages websites only. - Links must be permanent and static HTML. - Link pages and our text links must be indexable and 'do-follow'. - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, guestbooks, link exchange programs or link directories. - I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider. - Maximum 15 Links per day. I definitely do not want anything that might lead to SE penalization. REPORTING: A report of the links with all necessary details is required for each day. I will check each link myself. The final results of the finished project will be checked and verified if the backlinks are indexed by Google. If the results do not meet the criteria mentioned above, payment will NOT be made.
