136318 SEO - Incoming PR Links

I am looking for someone to acquire 50 permanent 1-way PR4+ links for my make-up related web site in Spanish. Links must be on sites that are women/makeup related. If possible, in Spanish. Spanish keyword will be provided. The supplier must submit an Excel spreadsheet containing URL, PR, and IP address of each link acquired. The rules: 1. Report actual PR of the page linking, not the main page 2. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, blogs, etc. 3. One link per IP/domain/Class-C 4. No more than 30 links per page 5. Must use my supplied anchor text (2 or 3 different ones) 6. All links must be indexable by Googlebot (no rel=nofollow, or [login to view URL] blocking) 7. No penalized/banned sites from Google 8. No illegal/warez/explicit themed sites 9. Nothing considered "bad" by Google 10. No paid links 11.
