My client is expanding our team and is looking for a Virtual Assistant. The nature of our business is Church Real Estate. In a week or two we will be starting a new project called “MSG Survey” where we will be conducting surveys to Potential Clients (Church planters, multisite churches, new ministries, growing ministries).
We are looking for a VA who can do 3 main duties.
1. Data Gathering
-> Acquiring a call list using Google Maps and [url removed, login to view] (will be provided with a training video)
2. Who will recruit, train and over see Moms who wish to work from home. There are several online organizations (websites, forums, blogs) that offer a pool of potential workers on an as needed basis. We will interview and certify multiple workers to be used on as needed basis. These Moms will be the ones who will be calling organizations for a survey.
3. Send a post card to the target churches announcing that we will be calling. Eventually we could offer the target the opportunity to go online and answer three questions prior to the call.
(Budget $400-450) If they can do the job I can pay more, my plan is to make it performance based so they can make a lot more. If they can be successful.
