No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox

Basic requirements:
Develop overall SEO campaign
* Direct Analysts, Copywriters and Social Media experts throughout the duration of SEO campaigns.
* Develop and present detailed recommendations including optimized website architecture, internal link structure, server and CMS requirements and other factors for SEO optimized websites.
* Direct web developers, designers and technical teams to produce websites that adhere to SEO standards.
* Perform highly detailed website audits to identify issues and ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility.
* Provide analysis of analytics packages for accurate reporting.
* Consult with clients on website usability, to improve the end-users' experience, and conversion rates to true customers of the client.
* Provide current SEO strategies and advanced optimization techniques to internal team members.
* Assist Business Development with detailed website audits, pricing and estimated project timeline.
Programming skills with HTML, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, Cold Fusion, .NET and Perl (desirable)

Provide very clear idea about the below progress:
10 keywords: Need to be listed on Google top 10 in specific state of US.
