Project Description

In March of 2012 (~ 1 year ago) my website [url removed, login to view] was severely hit by the panda/penguin update. I had been #1 on Google for many years for the most important keywords "montezuma costa rica" but now am #7. You can easily see the change using [url removed, login to view]

I did not receive any warning from Google Webmaster Tools, and haven't been de-listed. But it seems that Google has given the site a low quality score, even though in reality it is a very high quality site and more content than my competitors, plus hundreds of good, real backlinks. The Page Rank has remained the same at PR3.

To try to fix the problem and escape the penalty, in the last year I have done this:

Rebuilt the website in Wordpress
Re-written most of the articles
Added 200 new articles of very high quality content
Greatly improved the site metrics (bounce rate, page views, time spent on site)
Interlinked all the pages contextually
Cleaned up all duplicate content (some content was also duplicated on my site [url removed, login to view] which was also hit in the same way)
Obtained more good quality links (I already had 1000+ good, real links obtained over many years)
Moved the site to its own Analytics account
Cleaned up all 404 errors and made sure all 301 redirects are working.
Cleaned up link anchor text so there are now many more "brand" links such as "[url removed, login to view]"
Double checked page load time (It's average at 3.5 seconds to load 2.1 MB)

But, NOTHING has worked to improve the site in Google and escape the penalty.

So, if you can help me, let me know your proposal. I require:

1. I will only pay you for results, and only if those results are achieved within your promised time.
2. No black hat techniques to create temporary improvements.
3. I need to know everything you're going to do in advance so I'm not surprised or risking you doing something bad.

It doesn't matter to me if you can do this in 3 months or 3 minutes, I will be happy to pay your asking price if you can solve this problem for me.
