We operate a number of websites and ebay stores. We don't make a lot of money so we don't want to invest in a multi-channel online system. We sell both inventory that we have and drop shipping.
We need an access database which will allow us to enter orders - in two currencies, track the customer information, order information (products purchased, quantity, what site the order came from) and the taxes. We also need to track when the order was placed with one of our vendors (date), shipping information (date shipped, method, tracking #). Shipping cost to customer needs to be set up as well.
We also need to be able to produce an invoice; and the invoice # has to be automatically generated. The invoice needs to relate to the source of the sale (i.e. we only own one company but need to produce an invoice based on the website it was purchased from - so we need to either select the invoice report (there should be 4 of these), OR the source of the order, automatically identifies the invoice produced.
We need to be able to produce pick lists and maintain an inventory of actual items we have in stock. Product Code, Product Description, Selling Price and Quantity on Hand. We would like to override the selling price, as we have items which sell for different prices on different sites.
