267264 Create Access Database

We have 2 word documents that our sales people fill out for each sign-up. We would like to have one single form they can fill out that will populate these two documents. Access seems like it may be a viable option, but we are open to other suggestions. We are trying to simplify our process and eliminate duplicate work.
