Project Description

I have a Windows Server 2012 Standard with Windows SQL 2012 standard, both 180 day trial.

I want Windows Sharepoint Foundation 2013 Preview installed (180 day trial), connected to Windows SQL 2012 standards.

Install mutual HTTPS with HSTS ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]) or better.

Install HTML pages and easy way for me to update them. (e.g. [url removed, login to view](v=[url removed, login to view]).aspx)

Install a portal that allows submission of encrypted CSV files (maybe with separate MD5), returns confirmation of acceptance (e.g. validation of MD5), returns another file/updates SQL/updates HTML page/emails results (results based on analysis of submission and previously held user data).

(This is why I need the HTTPS with HSTS. All ports are blocked. WWW is via a proxy.)

Create scripting to analyse encrypted CSV files (e.g. PowerShell [url removed, login to view]%28v=[url removed, login to view]%[url removed, login to view])

The encryption uses BlowFish (but I can change it as the Windows program is not fully developed).

The CSV currently has 9 columns and a header row.

Rather than the Windows program sending the complete CSV every time I would prefer the server to only receive the new information.

This could be done by the server receiving the update request, the server sending the last date (from the previous CSV) that it was updated, the Windows program creating a CSV that only contained the information after that date, the Windows program submits the new CSV, the new CSV is appended to the CSV on the server.

The [url removed, login to view] program is the current incomplete program. It needs to be unzipped in the Program Files folder.

It will run the Menu program from Program Files\Classbasics\[url removed, login to view]

It interacts with Qedoc Player and a Virtual TXT printer that need further work.

It was written in QuickMacros ([url removed, login to view])

I would also like if you could finish off the program (e.g in C++).

I want an area where clients/workers can upload and download files (with total size limitation (allocated disk space)).

I also want to be able to post/receive messages from clients/workers.

All this should be done through SharePoint.

I am willing to purchase required software (e.g. email2DB [url removed, login to view]) if this will reduce the total cost.

Leave me a PM with timelines and costs for the various parts.

I want the whole thing running by mid-November.

My deadline is 5th December. Don't bid if you can't do it by then.

You would be given direct server access.

There may be work after 5th December, particularly as I learn how it all works and see things that need to be done.

This project is to set up a business. It will run for 2 years, at which time I will decide if it is worth continuing.

Shopping cart and other features will need to be set up during that time.

Schools will be using the Windows software. As they have strict firewall settings, adaptation may be needed.

Emailing or FTPing the results could be considered, though it is unlikely to get through the firewall.

If you are going to bid higher than another person make sure you leave a PM to justify why I should pay you more.

Windows Sharepoint Foundation 2013 Preview and a home page HTML must be installed within the week of acceptance.

This should only take a few hours. If you can't do this then don't bid. If you fail to do this then I will not pay the milestone, will cancel the contract and leave a poor report. Only bid if you can do this work. If you don't have the skills now then be prepared to learn them in your own time.

I am happy to pay and re-employ good workers.
