Create SQL Senior quiz with 40 questions

I want to create 40 quiz question, each with 6 options, can be more correct answers. It will help to test SQL programmers applying for a job. It should test the real knowledge, not just knowledge of terminology. Expert level of knowledge. Use: Code samples and also theoretical questions and make it really hard! :) The project is about creating a content of the test - questions and answers.
