Wordpress Database fix

Hi- I develop wordpress sites for a living, and today I am experiencing something that I haven't yet come across. I developed a theme on my localhost, and it worked perfectly.
I then exported the SQL database, replaced all urls to the updated domain, and then imported the SQL document to the new database (on godaddy).
Then I configured all of my plugins and settings, and took a look a the site. Everything looked perfect, however, I am experiencing some SEVERE latency/speed problems. I called Godaddy, and everything is fine on their end. To test it out, I uploaded a static site to the server, and it had NO latency problems. IT was fast...
That said, the latency problems are on my end, and they being caused by the database, not my theme.
Somehow, when I did the SQL export/replace/import, something went wrong. You can view the site here: [url removed, login to view]
As you see, the site works, but the page load times are terrible. I just looked through the database and I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this!
The strange part is, when I disable all the plugins and go back to the default WP theme, everything speeds up again. When I disable the plugins and stick with my theme, the problems come back....but then again, this isn't a theme issue, perhaps its one of the plugins and their relation to the db?
I need someone to troubleshoot and fix this issue!Get free quotes for a project like this
