We need someone familiar with KnowledgeSync module for Sage PFW ERP to create alerts for us. Possibly at the same time go over with us how to create them for ourselves. Most alerts access an existing crystal report, we just need the alerts to be programmed at certain intervals and email the pdf report to a user. Some will have conditions like if stock is low or depleted.
