CRM software for our business

We would like to have a customer Relationship Management system made. It should be accessible through our company website, by any device (android, Iphone, Ipad, desktop) Should be able to store all clients info... phone numbers, names, email, fax, personal information. Need to keep track of sales per store (we would input this information ourselves), prices paid by clients if negotiated... past negotiated sales... all info should be easily retrievable. What we sell: beer, spirits and liquor accessories We need an application where all sales people can chat (securely) ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Currently we are using Windows servers. mysql or We need to pay close attention to the user interface when we are retrieving information.
