Project Description

We are looking for young engineers who are keep to start a challenging international career in the Sales Department of AB Group (more information on our website [url removed, login to view]) in order to become a skilled Sales Manager through an International Sales Training Program. The starting period of this fascinating career path is composed by a training divided into two phases:

1) technical training, about 12 months, during which you will acquire knowledge about AB’ products and services. The trainee will be involved in activities within Production, Service and Engineering departments located in Italian Headquarter (North Italy);

2) training on the job, about 6 months, with Regional Sales Manager gaining know-how about sector and customer management moving around several countries according to market’s needs.

After the training program you will cover the role of Sales Manager aiming to commercial development of a specific International Area assigned to you organized by the Company on a regional basis.
